anyone in ireland thinking of changing euro%26#39;s b4 they go the rate is low 1.84leva 2 the euro(thats credit union rate) seems ud b better off changing euros over there,as the rate seems between 1.90-1.91

Todays Euro rate at the Raiffeisen Bank in Bulgaria is 1.95 and at the Bulbank its 1.94.

Change your euros in the resort.
