Spas and Saunas in Burgas or Varna

We are planning to visit Bulgary (Varna or Burgas), and we wonder if the saunas and the spas there are mixed (men and women)?

Another question - do the people visit the spas and the saunas there without bathing suits, so that only only a towel covers them or even naked (like the custom in central Europe)?

I am staying in Varna at the end of july. Looking at the photos of both the inside and outside spas looks like swimming trunks are the order of the day.
