My husband,son and I have just returned from a weeks holidays at Sunset Resort near the village Pomorie and boy was it a huge dissapointment.I chose this resort as it was 5* accomodation and was to have plenty activities for all.The self catering apartment and hotel was very nice on arrival but as the days went on it turned into the worst holiday we have ever been on.There was no kettle,plates etc. in the apartment.Very few of the staff spoke english and were extremely rude.It was as if they hated tourists!!One member of staff actually took out her phone and started texting waiting for me to walk away while i was asking her a question.I was verbally abused and shouted at by another member of staff and the managment were very unhelpful about the situation.It was very expensive there as there was no snack bars or childrens menus.My 6yr son had to order adults meals.No chicken nuggets,burgers etc.Cheapest bottle of wine 28euro and average cost of a meal for 3 was 80euro.I would advise anyone thinking of going to this resort to think again.Go to Sunny Beach or Nessebar instead.Don%26#39;t get caught like we did!!!!

Very sorry to hear of your poor holiday. It is not of the places I am familiar with, however, the personal service sounds appalling and I couldn%26#39;t believe the prices you were charged.
Bottle of wine in SB supermarket is about 5 lev ( Kadarka )approx 2.5 Euro and even in the restaurants only about 12 lev.
I hope you will post a review in the hotel section as a warning for those that may follow.
