Chaika Hotel?

We leave next Friday to Sunny Beach and are staying at the Chaika hotel, has anyone been or can give any feedback?

Also what are the waterparks like? We are staying half board and have heard some mix reviews on cost of meals excursions etc, any idea on what I should be looking at to bring?

Here is some info on the Aquapark at the rear of the resort.
