hotel pomorie

we were booked into hotel pomorie but have now changed because of the bad reviews which we have found to be true,we went to thomas cook to ask for a change of hotel they phoned bulkan up and they admitid that they had had complaints and knew about the reviews. must admit thmas cook were very helpful but bulkan did not want to know or help.if anyone is booked into this hotel i would change your hotel if you can. we are now booked into hotel slavyanski and looking forward to our hol does any one have any reviews. hope this message has helped and good luck to anyone going to pomorie

you did the best thing changing hotels this hotel is terrible balkan should sort this hotel out as the person who owns this hotel is a director for balkan have a nice holiday
