Hi, there are some fantastic restaurants along sunny beach and we tried quite a few, the two that really stand out are right next door to each other Felice and Mamacita%26#39;s. We tried pizza a few times in different places for lunch and found the best was in Felice - you know the kind you get in Italy - thin, crispy, no soggy middle and very reasonable. the rest of the menu is good also. Mamacita%26#39;s is a tex/mex restaurant and everything on the menu is fantastic - steak is lovely. this is the place we returned to three times - not all on menu necessarily tex/mex - these two get very busy after 8:30 so best to get there at this time. There are also other good restaurants Djanny%26#39;s is one. If you are looking for a light lunch or snack there is a place looks like a ship out of pirates of the carribean - my daughter got a lovely risotto there and I had lovely pasta dish for lunch. By the way, we are quite particular with our food and found that if something on the menu had either something we didnt like (my daughter hates corn!) or wanted something slightly different than described on the menu all places were very accomodating and would add in /take out anything you didnt want. Try to avoid places affiliated with hotels. We stopped one afternoon for coffee/cake - can%26#39;t think of the name of the place but it%26#39;s on main promenade and has a large display case with many cakes. I got two small coffees, my daughter got a sprite and slice of cake - bill came to 28 lev!! cheap for here but extremely expensive for there. Some of our dinners were this price! Turned out they charged 5 lev for each coffee plus another 0.60 for the small tiny container of milk!! Rip off by sunny beach terms. Could understand if it was delicious aromatic coffee and the cake to die for - but alas, this was not the case :)
