try the irish bar at hotel sofia the pub bar on party street theres also a good chinese

we found leonardo, the pizzaria, to be pretty good. the salads were fantastic, the pizzas also very good. the mains a little disappointing. but great service and nice atmosphere.

we also enjoyed the old lighthouse, at the southern end of resort, right before the riveria beach resort%26#39;s fence begins, to be good. it was real meat (a number of places seemed only to serve processed chicken fillets) good service and a good prices.

finally, for something a little different from the rest of the places, you can always try the georgian cuisine place (don%26#39;t remember the name, but it%26#39;s right up against the beach on the main drag). prices were pretty good, BBQ tasty.

We found a great Bulgarian restaurant slightly out of the resort.

The best way to find it is to go to the Hotel Lilia, then go up the steps up the back of the hotel.

Go right to the top and then up to the main road, turn right and it is about 200 yards on the left.

The food is cheap and excellent and the service is very friendly.

Hope this helps and you enjoy the meal - we went 6 times!
