going albena in 3 weeks, what currency should i take? is it cheaper to get the lev or take english money and change it over there? and where is the best place to get it?

Get some Leva from M%26amp;S just to tide you over the first couple of days; after that, use ATMs (especially if you have a Nationwide Flexaccount - no charges), or failing that, take CLEAN, newish notes (no writing, creases, etc.) and change them either at Crown exchange booths or you hotel. There are other places to change money, but a lot of them offer bad rates, and are best avoided.
Travellers cheques attract higher commission, and a lower exchnage rate.
