hi just came back from sun palace this was our 6th year in hotel,previous visits were great this year was horrendous. I have son who is downs syndrome but very street wise %26amp; clever, for some unknown reason the nightshift security %26amp; nightshift porter were very ignorant,laughing every time my son went past them or they passed us. We were a party of ten adults ranging from 20years to 60years,as we were having a drink in the foyer one eve they came to us told us to get out of hotel or get to bed as we were not being a nuisance or loud we refused, 5 minutes later 4 more security ran into hotel started slapping some of our company on the head telling us to move, i dont know how the company managed to refrain themselves but they did. In the morning when i went to the hotel manager he was horrified that we had to suffer the treatment we did as he said we have been guests there 6years running without any problems,i must say he dealt with it very well could not apologise enough but none of us will ever book sun palace again it was the most frightening experience i have or ever want to experience again.I will still visit bulgaria as we have been going for 21years and have a lot of bulgarian friends.

You really have had a torrid time from these idiots.
Thankfully the manager did something about it, however, it looks like he%26#39;s lost a loyal customer and friends who I would guess spend a lot of money in his hotel.
Glad it hasn%26#39;t put you off Bulgaria, thoroughly recommend the Iberostar for next year.
