end of seaon help Sept 2008 Sunny Beach

I am off to the Meridian Sunny Beach on the 12th Sept i have been told the seaon closes in Sept and there is nothing open AHHHHHHHHHHHHH is this true and will the weather be raining if so whet is there to do at that time of year. Help

Hi Carole

September can be a little unpredictable weatherwise. Last year was pretty good though. Be prepared and take a jacket which you probably will need in the evening as it does tend to cool down. The resort does not close until October so you will find everything is still open.

We went end of September last year. The weather was in mid twenties. However, two overcast days and one rainy day. Rest was sunshine.

But do take jacket with u for the evening. It got quiet chilly some nights.

We were there last year at the end of September to the 2nd October and the weather was pretty good. The resort will still all be open when you go as it is normally the end of September that places really start to close. We come back on the day you go over.

we have been various times in september we are going the 12th september this year and not taking any chances and taking my jumpers and jeans, plenty of places open

We are going out to SB on the 10th Sep as well..We have been there a few times in Sep and have usually got lovely weather although it can be cold at night time. The resort will be busy enough in early sep but can be quiet as the month closes.Dont worry about finding thing to do, the resort is still in full swing in Sep...Enjoy it....

hi we have just booked for sept 2009,as holls are going up all the time. diamond hotel now i am wonering if we have done wrong. not till 28th till 5th oct. iam wodering if i should change it. would i loose my money? put 100 pound down. we are going to tunisia this year oct. regards millie xx

could you not ask them just to change the date. you never know the weather might be great but each time we have been at the end of september it has been cold, but saying that we went 31st August - 14th september last year and it wass pretty cool then the 2 weeks following it was a heatwave, we are going 12th September and I have resigned myself to the fact that it will be cold so then if we have a heatwave it will be a nice suprise

you will loose your deposit even if you change the dates i know from experience !! hope its not to cold the week of the 12th i will be gutted what will there be to do during the day of its chilly
